Emotional Freedom Technique
Every negative emotion we experience leads to a violation of energy transmission in our body.
Physical pain and deep-level illnesses are associated with negative emotions. Any illness or physical pain can be traced to a certain negative emotion.
On one hand, physical symptoms cause emotional distress and, on the other hand, unresolved emotional problems are manifested by physical symptoms.
To help the body, we need to look at it complexly, and partly and symptomatically.
In other words, without finding and working on the true cause, we cannot reach complete cure.
Very often the real cause of the disturbed balance in the body is due to the deeply hidden beliefs that each of us brings in ourselves. This may be the belief that:
- I am not good enough
- I will not cope
- That whatever I do does not make sense
- I’m too stupid / lazy / unable
- That others are constantly transmitting me
- That something bad happens to me, and so on, the list can go on endlessly
Each of these perceptions is based on many events, most often in the first six years of our lives, from which we have come to this particular conclusion.
When we identify and apply the EFT, on these emotions and/or events, we can remove the negative belief and emotion and move on. But first:
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
The Emotional Freedom Techniques, or in short, EFT, is an easy and effective way that can allow many people to get rid of physical pain, emotional trauma, negative emotions, one-way oblivion, unauthorized old relationships, phobias, health and many other issues.
The EFT helps to restore the balance in the body, then its energy will again flow free and continuously.
So the physical and emotional problems that result from the disruption of energy will disappear.
In many cases, the direct application of The EFT to the physical problem leads to an effective removal of pain or discomfort.
In others, in order to achieve its complete resolution, more work is needed on the emotional support that accompanies it.
The Emotional Freedom Technique uses the knowledge of Eastern medicine that has been shared for thousands of years – that man exists, thanks to the vital energy flowing in his body.
In the different cultures this energy is called by different names – Chi, Ki, Prana, but the common one is the notion that blocking the energy leads to fatigue and disease.
Acupuncture and acupressure have used this knowledge for millennia to help unleash the energy flow and restore the body.
How to use the EFT?
Essentially, EFT is an extremely easy and simple to apply method that is literally located at your fingertips. It is accessible to everyone and can bring relief to a serious problem within minutes.
Like the thousand-year traditions of acupressure and acupuncture,
EFT affects the energy centers of the body – the points of intersection of energy meridians, with the tip of the fingers consistently tapping on several specific points, positioned mainly on the head and upper body.
Problems, physically or mentally, occur when there is a blockage or retention of energy at certain points.
With EFT you can mechanically affect these points so that the energy flow is released and the problem disappears.
However, in order for the technique to be effective, some basic rules must be observed.
One of the most important is to accurately determine the discomfort and work closely on it. The more specific the problem, the more effective the EFT is.
The tapping points
The main points are located along the head and upper body.
The points are: the top of the head, at the base of each eyebrow, the side of the eyes, under the eyes (on the bone), under the nose, the chin, the base of the collarbone, under the armpits.
First, speak out loud what you are trying to do and accept it.
At the same time, you tap the side of the hand (you drive the point). This is called layout and is repeated three times.
Then the tapping process itself is very easy.
With the tip of your fingers, you pass and tap five to six times on each point while you say aloud what is going on.
When you are finished with all the points, you can stop and acknowledge how you feel. Is there any change? Do you feel relief?
You can make as many rounds as needed, affirming different things that you want to work on.
The EFT is a very easy and yet extremely powerful method you can use to feel good again and let your energy flow without any blocks.
